No. All payments, including renewals, are final once access starts, and we don't refund unused time. If you are charged twice or by mistake, we refund that charge. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Yes. Stop auto-renewal any time from your account page (Manage billing). You keep access to the end of the period you have paid for and are not charged again. Payments already made are not refunded.

Monthly renews every month, One exam cycle every three months and Full Cycle every year. We email you 30, 7 and 1 day before a Full Cycle renewal, 7 days and 1 day before a One exam cycle renewal, and once a year before a Monthly renewal, with your plan, its price and how to cancel. Stop auto-renewal before the renewal date if you don't want it; a renewal payment is final once charged.

Yes. Pause a Monthly or One exam cycle plan for up to 8 weeks from your account, for example while you wait for results. You aren't charged while paused, and your plan and progress are kept. When the pause ends, your plan resumes and renews automatically; we email you 7 days and 1 day before any charge.

Yes. Moving from Monthly to One exam cycle or Full Cycle, or from One exam cycle to Full Cycle, costs the difference, prorated to the day. The upgrade is charged when you make it and is non-refundable.

Full Cycle extends free to the next sitting when you have completed at least 75% of your study plan (your account page shows the figure), sat the exam and send us your results notice. We move your renewal date to after the next sitting, so you are not charged during the extension. One extension per purchase. It is extra access at no charge, not a refund.

Every plan bought from March 2027 includes the NextGen content at no extra charge. The February 2027, July 2027 and February 2028 sittings keep the current format.

Full Cycle includes the printed 13-book set with shipping: claim it from your account and we print and send it. Monthly and One exam cycle members buy it at the member price of $199 plus shipping by zone. Books are printed to order; a faulty or damaged book is replaced or refunded.
